fall is here!

Tonight I double booked myself, on accident, but it did end up working out just fine.  I am going to blame the pregnancy, lack of sleep, and being a mother of two already and needing to be in 10 places at once.  Okay, I hate excuses, but this time I got lucky with some great clients that were awesome to work with, and images that I can’t stop editing because I get so excited.

The first family was Joe and Karrie and their three boys (previously photographed with their cousins and grandma).  They wanted a couch session and I found an awesome spot for it…. and Joe and Karrie (wearing awesome heels I might add) carried it down the mountain to my spot.  Joe noted that there was a much easier way if I had just parked on the other side of the hill…. yeah he was right.  I should have thought that one through a little more. Can I blame being pregnant again??

Here are a few of my favorites from their session.

Next up was the three Larson kids.  They were dressed in brown and looking so nice!  If only Ellis (6months) wanted to be photographed with her siblings things would have been a little easier.  I did get some cute ones and will be doing a head swap to make one that is perfect.  To me though… even a picture of an unhappy baby is perfect sometimes.  That is what memories are made of.  Ellis was all smiles when Asher and Lexie were out of the frame… I think she just wanted the spotlight for herself, and who can blame a girl?
